All our orders are promptly expedited via a courier service and require a signature upon delivery. We therefore cannot deliver to P.O boxes.

As mentioned earlier, we dispatch our orders via courier within 48 hours of their payment being confirmed. You normally receive them within a week of us acknowledging their receipt, sometimes less…. that’s “At life speed!” right there.
Please note that we can accept payments via either PayPal or all major Credit Cards, whether you have an account with PayPal or not. You can also redeem Gift Cards purchased on our site for the settlement of your purchases. There are no fees levied for the use of our payment system (all prices listed are exactly what will be debited from your account). That means your visit (and any data you might generate during your stay) is encrypted and cannot be hacked. The same apply with our payment processing service providers.
Please select the merchandise you want in our store, select the options (color, sizes and number of units) that are suitable for you and then select the “place in the trunk” option. You will then see the number of units ordered next to a shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. When you are done with shopping, you can then click on the cart again and you will be taken to the checkout process.
If you want to amend an order before it is placed, you can simply amend the quantities directly in the cart.
Should you change your mind after your order is placed and before we dispatch it, you can then either just drop us a line at “sales” @ “suixtil.com” for a full refund.
We will unfortunately not be able to offer you a full refund once your order has been dispatched except in the unlikely event where the merchandise you ordered was proven defective.

No, you do not. We will inform you of the progress of your impending delivery and follow-up with you via the email we ask you to provide but you are welcome to just purchase as a guest. We recommend you consider saving your details through the creation of an account with us as it will also make your life that much easier for the next time you wish to order something from us.

We will supply you, as soon as your order is dispatched, with a tracking number that allows you to track the progress of its delivery through the website of our express courier.
Please note that we only accept returns if the merchandise we supplied you is less than impeccable or in the event you need a size exchange. These should come in their original packaging and in “brand new” condition as they were dispatched to you, with all the product tags and labels on. Should you find yourself in one of these situations, please contact us at “sales” @ “suixtil.com” and we help you with the return process.
We are delighted to offer free shipping for the original dispatch of your order. Should you need to return the merchandise (except if it has been proven to be less than perfect when you received it in which case we will of course cover the shipping cost of your return) or otherwise exchange it, we will then ask you to contribute to the additional shipping costs to be incurred.
