The Goodwood Revival – yet another magic moment in time
Those of you who have been fortunate enough to attend the Revival know it all too well: it is just the pinnacle of vintage racing. Most of us who are blessed enough to go there regularly (and call it work, even) and can compare with other events around the globe also realize how much work goes into pulling off something like this. And we all appreciate how much Lord March and his team have invested over the years to build this fabulous feast, half racing, half exhibition, half party and half time travel (many halves, for sure, but then again you have to see it all to believe it happens in a single weekend). The result, especially when the weather plays ball, is a treat without equal. The atmosphere is perfect, the racing spectacular and it’s only real downside is that is leaves you on a high you know you will have to wait a long time, at least a year – if you’re lucky, to re-live. Then again, most of the best things in life don’t even come that often, so why complain?
This year, made extra-special by the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the launch of the event, did not fail and we were lucky that our partners at Me & My Car were there to meet with you all and show you their selection of our Suixtil Heritage Line while Robbert, our good friend (and Ambassador for the Netherlands) captured great images of the whole stunning affair and we have brought them together for you here:
