Shopping

All our orders are promptly expedited via a courier service and require a signature upon delivery. We therefore cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Absolutely, we ship to most corners of the globe with very reliable results.

We dispatch our orders via courier within 48 hours of their payment being confirmed. You normally receive them within a week of us acknowledging their receipt, sometimes less… that’s “At life speed!” right there.

We are delighted to offer free shipping for the original dispatch of your order. Should you need to return the merchandise (except if it has been proven defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost) or otherwise exchange it, we will then ask you to contribute to the additional shipping costs.

Payment

We accept payments via either PayPal or all major Credit Cards, whether you have an account with PayPal or not. You can also redeem Gift Cards purchased on our site. There are no fees levied for the use of our payment system — all prices listed are exactly what will be debited from your account. Your payment details are never accessible or stored on our servers.

Absolutely. You can verify that our website is safe by checking your browser bar where either a “Secure” mention next to a padlock or an “https” symbol should be displayed. That means your visit (and any data you generate during your stay) is encrypted and cannot be hacked. The same applies with our payment processing service providers.

Orders & Returns

Select the merchandise you want in our store, choose your options (color, size and quantity), then select the “Add to Bag” option. You will see the number of items next to the cart icon in the upper right corner. When you’re done shopping, click on the cart and you will be taken to the checkout process.

If you want to amend an order before it is placed, you can simply amend the quantities directly in the cart. Should you change your mind after your order is placed and before we dispatch it, drop us a line at sales@suixtil.com for a full refund. We will unfortunately not be able to offer a full refund once your order has been dispatched except in the unlikely event the merchandise was proven defective.

No, you do not. You are welcome to purchase as a guest and we will follow up with you via email. We recommend creating an account as it will make future orders easier. Please note that we do not sell, share or otherwise make your data available to anyone. Your payment information never goes through our servers — it is solely dealt with by our secure payment processing partners.

We will supply you, as soon as your order is dispatched, with a tracking number that allows you to track the progress of its delivery through the website of our express courier.

We only accept returns if the merchandise is less than impeccable or in the event you need a size exchange. Items should come in their original packaging and in “brand new” condition with all product tags and labels on. Please contact us at sales@suixtil.com and we will help you with the return process.
