I wanted you to know that discovering Suixtil changed my life!
A few years ago, I came upon the Suixtil website, and I bought the Sebring bomber jacket. The idea of wearing a jacket that was the same as one worn by Jean Behra seemed very cool to me.
I began to realize how much I identified with the racing ethos of the 1950s and 60s. I bought Les Leston gloves and Irish tweed sporty caps.
That was followed by the purchase of a Zandvoort rain jacket. Then I bought a Caterham. Then I bought a garage at the M1 Concourse in Pontiac, MI, to store my Caterham and decked it out with diecasts and artifacts from racing in the 50s and 60s. The attached pics will tell the story.
Today I bought a sweater like the one Peter Collins wore in his Ferrari cockpit (different color, I know.) Thanks for keeping this brand alive and relevant to people like me!!

This shirt is cool, think Steve McQueen's turtleneck. It will never go out of style. This shirt is great for the cool to cold day. It fits very comfortably, not binding, not too tight. It is easy to were all day. You can wear it to the track or pair it with jeans and a jacket for casual evening/dinner. Once you get one, you will want another.

I own several Suixtil jackets -- the Sebring (my first Suixtil item and still an absolute favorite), Monaco, Silverstone and Barcelona, and I love them all. But the Zandvoort is simply perfect. Slightly loose over a Nassau Polo, it is light but very warm and comfortable. Even better, it fits great over a sweater or sport jacket, so it 's perfect for fall and winter days. The dark green is a terrific color; my wife said it really looks beautiful. The only problem is: I keep hoping for bad weather! Whether you are a dedicated motorhead, someone who simply likes great classic clothing, or both (like me), there is simply nothing better than Suixtil sportswear.
