Yes, it looks somewhat similar to the previous versions of our touring bags,in navy blue and British racing green, of course it does – there are just so many great attributes to these handy bags, from their stylish looks (the leather corners and handle help) to their practical shape (just large enough for those pesky iPads or smart ultra-portable computers – if you have to) to stuff the rally maps and road books, your gloves, who knows what else you’ll need? They are also quite practical because their soft shell allow them to be stuffed almost anywhere while their side padding will still give some measure of protection to the things you placed inside. So, great, you say, what we there that needed changing then?
Well, it wasn’t as much changing as seizing on an opportunity to bring them one step further along the evolutionary line – or back, depending on how you look really. See, the originals that we have seen thus far, the very few that are still in existence, also existed in Argentine blue and sported both the name of the racer and his position in the Argentine racing team. We felt these could both be accommodated and, with a generosity that you know us for, we went all out and created this latest edition – here to stay – and yes, with this model you all get to be Captains (in Spanish, of course and in bold, as the position requires) – we could do not less.
Please fee to look for yours here – and enjoy leading the pack – at life speed!
